When viewing the comments in JIRA, comments that have been placed through Customer Case are mixed in with comments that are only visible internally. This useful to get a single view of the ticket history, but it's not possible to quickly see what comments are internal-only and what comments are customer-facing.
Ideally comments made through Customer Case would have some type of identifier when shown in the regular JIRA comment history. If this can't be done as a UI enhancement, then simply prepending something like "CUSTOMER CASE COMMENT:" to the beginning of those comments would work.
