Customer Case looks like to be fitting for our needs except that users have to create another account for feedback. Disadvantages are that this will be too much effort for some users and that we can't see what the user did on our website (except he tells us his username on our website). Therefore, we might prefer to let users give feedback on our website and communicate with Customer Case via an API. Is this possible?
(When I read through the forum it looks like you have an internal API. That means the only thing we needed in addition to that was an access key or some authentication method.)
